The Mount Kisco Energy Advisory Panel (EAP) is the Committee that advises the Village Trustees on all matters regarding energy conservation and renewable energy.  The EAP will follow up on the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and fine-tune the Village's Energy Action Plan.  Then, drawing on the resources of NWEAC the EAP will advise the Village on how to implement some of these actions.
