DECEMBER 5, 2005

1. Resolution appointing a Town Prosecutor for the current official year.

2. Resolution appointing Jacqueline Johnson as Acting Town Clerk for the current official year.

3. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1703(a)(3) of the Village Law that all elected and appointed Village officers shall hold their corresponding Town positions for the current official year.

4. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable to a coterminous Town/Village, that the Town Board hereby file with the Village Clerk estimates of budget expenditures and revenues of the Town of Mount Kisco for the period June 1, 2006 to May 31, 2007 for inclusion by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual estimate.
