d. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, personnel and real estate matters.

7) New Business:

a. Resolution supporting the passage Assembly Bill 10710 & Senate Bill 7354.

b. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the proposal from Clough Harbour & Associates for monitoring services (June 1, 2006 - May 31, 2007).

c. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the 2006/07 SPCA Agreement.

d. Resolution authoring the Village Manager to sign the NYSDOT 2005/06 Snow and Ice Agreement Amendment B.

e. Resolution approving a corrected tax bill.

f. Resolution approving the removal of Police Chief Robert Dagostino from the payroll effective 5/19/06 as directed by the NYS Retirement System.

g. Request for Board Appointed Replacement of LOSAP Trustee.
