a. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the lease agreement with Mount Kisco Associates for the Annie Sez Parking Lot.

b. Resolution authorizing a request for funding in an amount of $370,000 through the NYSDEC Water Quality Improvement Projects (WQIP).
