b. Byram Lake Monthly Report: December - 2006.

c. Software proposal for the Building Department.

d. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, personnel and real estate matters.

a. Standard Mileage Rate Reimbursement for Use of Personal Automobiles.

7) New Business:

a. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the STOP-DWI Project.

b. Resolution authorizing an out of state conference for the Assistant Village Manager to attend the International Erosion Control Association.

c. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the SCA agreement.

e. Schedule a public hearing regarding a proposed local law amending certain sections of Chapter 98 (Taxicabs) for Monday, February 12, 2007.
