f. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, personnel and real estate matters.

7) New Business:

a. Confirm appointment of Raymond Zaccari, Board of Fire Commissioner.

b. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to retain the services of the Chazen Environmental Services, Inc. for Water Quality Data Analysis and Reporting.

c. Resolution to Transfer Surplus Fund Balance to Capital Reserve Fund.

d. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the Stipulation of Settlement in the matter of Coyle Construction Claim.

e. Stipulation of Settlement between the Village of Mount Kisco and the Teamsters for the period covering June 2002-May 2008.
