b. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, personnel and real estate matters.

a. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the Application for Corrected Tax Roll.

b. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the Westchester County Intermunicipal Agreement for Selective Enforcement for Traffic Safety.

c. Resolution authoring the Village Manager to sign the Stormwater Management - Municipal Compliance Certification form for Year #4.

d. Board of Trustees approval of the 2006 Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP).

e. Schedule a work session meeting to discuss Taxi Cab Amendments.
