DECEMBER 3, 2007

1. Resolution appointing Karen Schleimer as Town Prosecutor for the current official year.

2. Resolution appointing David Squirrell as Town Prosecutor for the current official year.

3. Resolution appointing a Deputy Town Clerk for the current official year. (The Village Manager has requested that this item be tabled).

4. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1703(a)(3) of the Village Law that all elected and appointed Village officers shall hold their corresponding Town positions for the current official year.

5. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable to a coterminous Town/Village, that the Town Board hereby file with the Village Clerk estimates of budget expenditures and revenues of the Town of Mount Kisco for inclusion by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual estimate.
