Village Board Minutes - March 3, 2005

Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco held on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 7:40 p.m. in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room, Village Hall, Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

Present: Mayor J. Michael Cindrich

Trustee Peter Grunthal

Trustee Anthony Markus

Absent: Trustee George L. Griffin, Jr.

Trustee Peter DiChiara

Also Present: William Williams, Village Manager/ Clerk

Whitney Singleton, Village Attorney

Mayor Cindrich called the meeting to order. There was one item of business to be discussed.

1. Bazaar Mall Associates and the Village of Mount Kisco agreement to provide police officers aka Parking and Traffic Management Plan. The Board is considering a decision allowing the Village Manager to sign the agreement. The Village Attorney explained the agreement in detail to the Board.

Mayor Cindrich asked the Village Attorney to make certain that the enforcement of the fire lanes is legal and filed with the NYS Secretary of State. The Board wants the officers to be visible on detail rather than sitting in the cars.

Mayor Cindrich made a motion authorizing the Village Manager to execute the Bazaar Mall Associates Traffic Management Plan agreement, seconded by Trustee Markus. The motion was passed unanimously.

Mayor Cindrich made a motion requesting an Executive Session after the Special Meeting to discuss personnel matters, settlement of Carlin Claim and real estate, seconded by Trustee Markus. The motion was passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
