Minutes of the ANNUAL TOWN BOARD MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco held on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 8:45p.m. in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room, Village Hall, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

Present: Mayor J. Michael Cindrich

Trustee Peter DiChiara

Trustee George L. Griffin, Jr.

Trustee Anthony Markus

Trustee Peter Grunthal

Also Present: William Williams, Village Manager/Village Clerk

James Palmer, Assistant Village Manager

Whitney Singleton, Village Attorney

Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1703(a)(3) of the Village Law that

All elected and appointed Village officers shall hold their

Corresponding Town positions for the current official year

Motion made by Mayor Cindrich and seconded by Trustee DiChiara that

the current official year, all in favor.

Motion made by Mayor Cindrich and seconded by Trustee Markus hereby appointing Karen Schleimer as Town Prosecutor for the current official year, all in favor.

hereby appointing Jacqueline Johnson as Acting Town Clerk for the current

official year, all in favor.

Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable

to a coterminous Town/Village, that the Town Board hereby file with

the Village Clerk estimates of budget expenditures and revenues of

the Town of Mount Kisco for the period June 1, 2006 to May 31, 2007

for inclusion by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual

estimate

Motion made by Mayor Cindrich and seconded by Trustee Grunthal

approving that pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable

to a coterminous Town/Village, that the Town Board hereby files with

the Village Clerk estimates of budget expenditures and revenues of

the Town of Mount Kisco for the period June 1, 2006 to May 31, 2007

for inclusion by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual

estimate, all in favor.
