Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco held on January 9, 2006, at 7:30p.m. in Village Hall, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

Present: Mayor J. Michael Cindrich

Trustee George Griffin, Jr.

Trustee Peter Grunthal

Trustee Anthony Markus

Absent: Deputy Mayor Peter DiChiara

Also Present: William Williams, Village Manager and Clerk

James Palmer, Assistant Village Manager

Whitney Singleton, Village Attorney

Mayor Cindrich convened the Special Meeting

The following motion was offered by Mayor Cindrich to go into Executive Session to discuss Police Personnel and real estate matters. The motion was seconded by Trustee Markus, all in favor.

Motion Adopted

Trustee Griffin, Jr. Aye

Trustee Grunthal Aye

Trustee Markus Aye

No action was taken in the Executive Session. The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 pm.
