Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco held on January 11, 2006, at 7:30 AM. in Village Hall, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

Present: Mayor J. Michael Cindrich

Deputy Mayor Peter DiChiara

Trustee George Griffin, Jr.

Trustee Peter Grunthal

Absent: Trustee Anthony Markus

Also Present: William Williams, Village Manager and Clerk

James Palmer, Assistant Village Manager

Whitney Singleton, Village Attorney

Mayor Cindrich convened the Special Meeting.

The following motion was offered by Mayor Cindrich to go into Executive Session for the purposed of conducting a hiring interview for the Police Department. The motion was seconded by Trustee Griffin, Jr., all in favor.

No action was taken in the Executive Session. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 AM.
