Minutes of the ANNUAL TOWN BOARD MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco held on Monday, December 3, 2007 at 8:00 pm in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room, Village Hall, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

Present: Mayor J. Michael Cindrich

Trustee Peter DiChiara

Trustee Anthony Markus

Trustee Peter Grunthal

Also Present: James Palmer, Village Manager

Whitney Singleton, Village Attorney

Absent: Trustee George L. Griffin, Jr.

1. Resolution appointing Karen Schleimer as Town Prosecutor for the current official year.

2. Resolution appointing David Squirrel as Town Prosecutor for the current official year.

3. Resolution appointing a Deputy Town Clerk for the current official year.

4. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1703(a)(3) of the Village Law that

All elected and appointed Village officers shall hold their Corresponding Town positions for the current official year

Motion made by Supervisor Cindrich and seconded by Councilman Markus Jr. that Pursuant to Section 17-1703(a)(3) of the Village Law that all elected and appointed Village officers shall hold their corresponding Town positions for the current official year, all in favor.

5. Resolution pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable

to a coterminous Town/Village, that the Town Board hereby file with

the Village Clerk estimates of budget expenditures and revenues of

the Town of Mount Kisco for inclusion by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual estimate

Resolution made by Supervisor Cindrich and seconded by Councilman Markus,

Be it resolved, pursuant to Section 17-1728 of the Village Law applicable

to a village embracing the entire territory of a town, the Town Board hereby files with the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Kisco, the following estimate of budget expenditures and revenues of the Town of Mount Kisco to be included by the Village Board of Trustees in its next annual estimate and the amount finally allowed and determined by the Village Board of Trustees to be included in the Village/Town of Mount Kisco Adopted Budget for the period June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2009, all in favor.

There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion to close the meeting was made by Supervisor Cindrich and seconded by Councilman Markus, all in favor.
