To report a complaint on the Waste Transfer Station located on Lincoln Place, please email your observations to the Village's Transfer Station Monitor, Clough, Harbour and Associates, LLP at transferstation@mountkisco.org  The Village Monitor ensures that the Transfer Station is operating in accordance with applicable regulations and legal requirements.  Complaints may include, but are not limited to, trucks queueing on Village streets, odors emanating from the Transfer Station, dust and/or loose debris scattered around the facility, etc.  If you are unable to report your observations through an email, you may also contact the Village's Code Enforcement Office at (914) 864-0027.
