Youth Programs

MOUNT KISCO KARATE

These programs are for boys and girls ages 6 through teen and adult.  There will be lots of positive energy and loads of fun. Students will develop stronger and healthier bodies, a positive attitude about themselves and self defense techniques in a highly structured and friendly environment.  Official class uniforms are available (for additional cost) through the instructor.  Eight week long sessions are held throughout the school year.

JUNIOR SPORTS

Does your child want to run in the house? Well, how about letting them get plenty of exercise with this program in our Beautiful New Memorial Complex, located in Leonard Park. This emphasis is on running games, kicking games, tugging games, relays and much more. All girls and boys are welcomed to learn basic fundamental skills in play, team work and more. Sneakers required.

AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS FOR GIRLS

This fun program will focus on the fundamentals of a variety of sports, including but not limited to: softball, soccer, basketball, hockey, golf, football and more!  Participants of all levels are welcome.  Basic skill developoment as well as teamwork will be stressed.

MAD SCIENCE

Come and join our Mad Science Team for a hands-on experiments. Some of the fun topics include; bugs, detective science, earth works, the science of toys, kitchen chemistry, movie effects, Mad Science machines and walloping weather. This enrichment program is a hands-on program guaranteed to be enlighting and fun. Limited enrollment. Mad Science parental permission form required.

3 ON 3 BASKETBALL
