Facilities Information

Our facilities will be closed on the following dates:

     5/28, 7/4, 9/3

Below is a list of some general guidelines and information pertaining to Mount Kisco's Recreation facilities:

• All facilities and programs are for the eligible residents of Mount Kisco.
• Alcoholic Beverages are NOT allowed in the parks
• Camp Fires - are NOT permitted at any of our facilities
• No Commercial Activites or the private sale of any items is permitted in the park
• Facility Reservations - Village Residents may reserve the Teahouse, picnic areas, Multi-Purpose Recreation building when available.  This is done on a first come, first served basis.  Information on fees, Certificate of Liability insurance requirements and permit applications are available by contacting the Recreation Office during office hours.  All fees and paperwork must be submitted at the time of registration.  FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for any rental requests.  A minimum of two proofs of residency are also required to obtain a permit.
• Golfing is not permitted in the parks
• Helmet Law - For everyone's safety, Mount Kisco Recreation will enforce the New York State Helmet Laws, which requires all persons 1 or more years of age and less than 14 years of age to wear an approved bicycle helmet when skating or gliding on in-line or roller skates and/or riding a bicycle in any park governed by MKRC.
• Hunting by any means is prohibited.
• Leash Law - all dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Please clean up after your dog when using the park facilities
• Vehicles shall be permitted to park in designated parking lots only.  At no time are vehicles allowed on fields, with the exception of staff and maintenance.  All other licensed vehicles are to operate on roadways only.  Overnight parking is prohibited.
• Village/Town of Mount Kisco laws apply in the parks.
