Parking Permit Information

There are several types of parking permits available in the Village of Mount Kisco:

• Handicapped parking permits - temporary and permanent, can be obtained in the Receiver's Office.  You must provide a doctor's note, which will determine whether a temporary or permanent permit will be issued.  The temporary handicapped permits are valid for one year.  There is no fee for this service.
• Commuter Parking permits are available on a first come, first served basis and are valid from January 1 until December 31 of each year.   Mount Kisco residents are given priority.  You will need a copy of your current driver's license and registration to accompany the application.  Current fees are $365.00 for Residents, Non-Resident Merchants or Business Employees ($300.00 for North Moger Lot) and $1,250 for Non-Residents.  Permit parking users are to park only in areas designated for "Permit Parking Only".  All vehicles must be parked in a "head-on" position.  Permits for 2006 are expected to go on sale in December, 2005.
• Daily/Monthly Parking permits - are also available.  The fees are $10.00 for Daily Parking ($5.00 for Village Resident Senior Citizens) and $150.00 for Monthly Parking.  The permit holder must have the parking permit displayed on the front dashboard when in use.  This permit may be used at any meter beyond the one-hour time limit.
