Who is eligible to obtain a certified copy of a marriage record?

• Bride or groom
• Others persons who have:
  • a documented judicial or other proper purpose
  • A New York State court order

Identification

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid non-driver’s license
• Passport

Processing fee

$10 per copy

Processing time

An application is processed the day it is received both by mail and in person. Sorry no fax, telephone or internet requests are accepted. An original signature is required.

If requesting by mail please send in application form, copy of id and remittance payable to: village of mount kisco. Do not send cash through the mail.
